One of Gulfport’s best spots for food and drink is still exactly that. But now, they’re doing it for breakfast.
Gulfport Brewery + Eatery, which celebrated six years last week, has now opened a full breakfast cafe in addition to its usual beer-fueled lunch and dinner service. Beginning daily at 9 am, the brewery now serves locally-roasted drip coffee and espresso drinks featuring Black Crow Coffee, hot teas, and a full menu of tasty breakfast bites.

Those familiar with Gulfport Brewery’s culinary work won’t be surprised to hear that the breakfast menu also features some creative twists on the usual morning suspects. The first on my list to try will be the fried Eggo waffles, topped with maple syrup, powdered sugar and fresh fruit. It’s not how mama (or Eleven) made them, and that’s a good thing in this situation.
Of course, you can keep it classic with options like avocado toast, cereal bowls, or bagels. The cafe side of the brewery is keeping it simple as well as affordable. You can get a cup of coffee, sourdough toast with strawberry jam, and a ripe banana for a total of $8.50. You can even get a $1 refill on your coffee and still come in under 10 bucks. That’s a breakfast deal that’s hard to beat. Plus, they have free wi-fi if you want to hang out and work while you sip on your latte.
On the espresso side, they offer a mix of dairy and non-dairy milk options for lattes, along with half a dozen specialty flavor options.
The other good news to come from this new venture: the Gulfport Brewery + Eatery lunch menu starts at 11 am instead of noon. For those who like to have an immediate transition from coffee and bagels to beer and nachos, you can just about stay from sunrise to sundown and never have to leave.
