Wine tastings and pop-up-style tastings

Bar Chinchilla has a carefully curated selection of craft beers and unique wine bottles. The novelty can make even the most decisive of drink lovers hover over options, unsure what to try first. Fortunately, the bar’s tasting programs can help cut through decision fatigue and help you find your new favorite niche pour.

There are the ticketed wine tastings, which revolve either around a theme or region of the month, or a fun miscellaneous theme of the bar’s choosing. Then there are the pop-up wine tastings. These are casual, no-reservation-needed events where $20 a tasting pour of every wine featured, plus a full pour of your favorite from the samples. Want to catch the next tasting? Be sure to follow Bar Chinchilla’s Instagram page for updates.

Lastly, Chinchilla’s sommelier team is now offering personalized off-site wine tastings at your home or a location of your choosing. This offering is perfect for celebratory events, family or friend gatherings, business meetings, and more. They take the stress out of selecting wine, allowing you to impress your guests with a premium lineup catered specifically to your event and food pairings.

Bottle Shop

If you’ve ever stepped in for some sips, you may have noticed that Bar Chinchilla keeps wine bottles perched up on an overhead wall. While they make for a charming display, many customers don’t realize that they can actually buy a bottle to take home and enjoy!

Bar Chinchilla’s Bottle Shop is also a convenient resource for those times you’re heading to a party, cookout, or special event and want to pull up with something a little more special than a cooler of Bud Light.

To further encourage exploration, there are also rotating selections of discounted bottles. The curated shelf highlights limited-quantity inventory and offers customers the opportunity to discover unique wines at reduced prices. It’s like shopping at a wine boutique.
