iBOMS at D Gallerie

This is iBOMS first solo exhibition at D-Gallerie: Be Kind to Yourself, Young Man. The presentation will highlight iBOMS’ latest work, in different mediums, as he walks the community through the journey of what has been for him having to grow without a father in his life. Dance Break Session 11 at Studio@620

DanceBreak, an outlet for dance artists to talk about their practice, their work, and their goals for themselves and the community at large, with hosts Alexander Jones and Esophia Higgins. REVERBERATIONS Exhibit at The James Museum
Saturday, June 19 
Presented by the Dr. Carter G. Woodson African American Museum, REVERBERATIONS shares artwork from emerging and established Black artists who live and work in Tampa Bay and across the Southeastern United States. Through each artist’s own perspective, this exhibition will challenge viewers with stories of structural racism and oppression, as well as celebrate hope and resilience. REVERBERATIONS seeks to showcase the highs and lows of the Black experience in America, highlighting themes of family and community as well as marginalization and prejudice. 150 Central Avenue.

Volunteer Day at The Blueberry Patch

Beach Blonde Block Party and Silent Disco at 3 Daughters Brewing

Juneteenth Jubilee at The Factory

There will be a number of consciously curated art installations, LIVE performances, food, & vendors! All of these elements will manifest through the collaboration of Black Factory Artists and community creatives with a variety of different mediums and vibes. The collective hope is that this ethos will honor and give thanks to the ancestors that sacrificed and paved a way for current generations of Black people to be who they are, and to rejoice in the best that’s yet to come. 2622 Fairfield Avenue South.
