Last Sunday, May 8th, was not only the celebration of Mother’s Day in downtown St. Pete. It was also filled with excitement from Dale Chihuly‘s first visit to his permanent collection on Beach Drive.
As early as 10am, people had already strarted lining up at the doors of the Chihuly Collection to see and meet the world-renowned artist himself who’s considered the father of glass blowing and is credited with taking glass blowing into the level of fine arts.
