Lemon Haze and Blood and Smoke

With the temps starting to soar our palates are looking to be refreshed. The mixologists over at the Mandarin Hide are always coming up with new and unique concoctions. These two new treats will certainly quench your thirst and leave you wanting another!
The Lemon Haze combines citrus faves lemon, lime and orange with mint leaves, vodka and limoncello. The tangy drink is topped off with a splash of sour and Sprite.
In keeping with the citrus theme The Blood and Smoke mixes mescal and blood orange liqueur with agave nextar, orange wedges and grapefruit.

Other new additions include:
“Pimms Cup” a traditional take on an old-time fave, made from Pimms a gin based drink containing quinine and a secret blend of herbs
“1800 Natural Rita” tequila, agave nectar and lime a straight up, no nonsense margarita
“Noble Experiment” a whiskey based drink with orange bitters and maraschino liqueur
