The first of the 5 "Taste of" events, Taste of Downtown, is this Sunday, October 20th and our mouths are already watering. Different local restaurants and 3 live bands will gather at Jannus Live where the restaurants’ best dishes will be offered for the tasting. It’s like everything good about the ‘Burg expressed in mouthfuls!

Tryst, Five Bucks Drinkery, The Kitchen, Burrito Boarder, Gratzzi, Tropicool, Daiquiri Shak and El Boricua Cafe are all scheduled to participate. Some Art and jewlry vendors will also make apperances. The event series alternates between Taste of Downtown and Taste of the Beaches that feature restaurants from the two different areas with live music. The first Taste of the Beaches is on November 17th and the next Taste of Downtown is December 15th.

Musical guests Danfield, Paint the Town Red and Will Erickson will set the mood for this relaxed foodie event that runs from noon to 6pm. Admission is $10 and food tickets are purchased inside.

Tickets are only $10 at the Jannus Live gate, but why pay if you don’t have to? We’ve got your back!
