Multi-talented and wildly popular entertainer and comedian George Lopez brings his It’s Not Me, It’s You comedy show to The Mahaffey Theater for a mid-summer performance. The show is a presentation by The Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts.

George Lopez, whose career spans standup comedy, sitcom television, film and late-night TV, is one of the premier comedic talents in the entertainment industry who is praised by both audiences and critics alike. He is famous for his material that deals with race and ethnic relations, including Mexican American culture. ¡Qué chistoso!

Kevin James is known to fans as Doug Heffernan, the lead character of the sitcom, The King of Queens that he created in 1998. The show, which garnered him a 2006 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, ran for nine seasons on CBS and continues to air daily in syndication across the country and around the world.
Artie Lange (9/28)
A funny man who is often compared to his idol, John Belushi, Artie Lange is a comedian, actor, writer, producer, entrepreneur and radio personality who finds humor observing life and telling stories. He will perform at The Mahaffey Theater on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 8 pm. Tickets starting at $32.50 go on sale Friday, July 12 at noon.
He is currently hosting The Artie Lange Show, broadcast locally on WHPT-FM, 102.5 the Bone. The Fox News Radio show is an offshoot of The Nick and Artie Show that he launched with comedian Nick DiPaolo in 2011. Before that, Lange was a popular regular on The Howard Stern Show for nine years. His memoir, Too Fat to Fish, became a New York Times best seller.
Artie Lange gained a reputation as a class clown in school and performed his first stand-up routine when 19. He got his start in the comedy clubs of New York City where he helped create Live on Tape, the popular sketch comedy group, and wrote and performed with troupes such as Midnight Madness and The Improvables.
