In Japan, the word “manga” embraces both comics and the art of cartooning. This fascinating world offers an array of titles that have captivated audiences, with fan favorites like One Punch Man, Berserk, Naruto, Death Note, and Bleach leading the charge. The influence of classic anime, such as Akira and My Neighbor Totoro, remains strong, leaving a lasting impact on contemporary art and cinema. These timeless works continue to inspire and shape the creative landscape, proving that their legacy is far from fading.

Manga Tea is also committed to sustainability. “One of the ways we’re working towards sustainability is by using eco-friendly packaging…We use biodegradable cups, lids, and straws that are made from plants, which means they’re not only better for the environment, but they’re also safe for consumption,” wrote the owners when they first opened in Tampa.

“Our menu features a wide variety of boba tea flavors, from classic options like milk tea and strawberry to more unique choices like matcha and taro,” writes the Manga Tea team. “We also offer a rotating selection of seasonal flavors, so there’s always something new to try.”

Manga Tea has created a cozy and inviting atmosphere set to transport visitors to the streets of Tokyo. From the colorful anime posters on the walls to the traditional Japanese lanterns hanging from the ceiling, the team at Manga put a lot of care into creating an authentic and immersive atmosphere.
