One of the Tampa Bay area’s most popular donut shops is opening its first St. Pete location this weekend. Five-O Donut Co announced it will have its grand opening at 8 am on Sunday, December 18th at 1001 4th Street North, in the former home of Uptown Snowballs.

The donut shop promises “arrestingly good” donuts, which come in dozens of varieties, and even three different styles. Five-O makes cake, yeast-raised, and even croissant-style donuts, rolling them out in flavors both classic and unique.

At the popular donut shop, traditional options like chocolate iced, blueberry cake, strawberry filled, and plain glazed are staples, to be sure. But Five-O also gets creative with some of their styles. Guests can try out the Nutella s’mores donut, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, peanut butter banana, Oreo birthday, and cookie butter cheesecake, among many more.

Five-O also serves locally roasted coffee, fresh juices, and pints of both regular and chocolate milk. The store will be open 7 am – 2 pm Monday-Friday, and 8 am – 2 pm Saturday and Sunday. Five-O also offers vegan and gluten-free donut options, as well as delivery via Uber Eats, Door Dash, Grubhub, and Bite Squad.

As part of their opening festivities, everyone will get a free donut while supplies last, and the shop will be doing surprise merch giveaways throughout the day. Follow Five-O Donuts on Instagram for more updates.
