A packed out week of Pride festivities are coming to Dunedin this June, with everything from a Golf Cart Pride Parade and Drag Queen Bowling to a film festival and Pride 5K. The Dunedin Chamber of Commerce announced the inaugural Dunedin Pride Week today, set to take place June 11-18 during Pride Month.
Pamela Pravetz, the President/CEO at Dunedin Chamber Of Commerce, said the inaugural Pride Week will offer the city and visitors a series of events, community discussions, and celebrations meant to drive inclusion and support equality among all in the city. As part of the festivities, Dunedin Pride Week is supporting Equality Florida, as well as the Tampa Bay-based METRO Inclusive Health, an organization that provides quality health and wellness services that are inclusive, relevant, supportive and represent the lifetime continuum of the diverse people in the community.
