Brews, Muse & Chews this Saturday!

This musical food-pairing event on Saturday, October 12th will be like no other! Brews, Muse & Chews brings together the perfect ingredients from Rock Brothers Brewing Company, LOKO Cuisine and SJ Acoustic at the Hideaway Café! Admission covers four courses of Florida-themed LOKO cuisine and one complimentary pint of Rock Brothers Brewing Company’s award winning High Road Ale made with hops and malt composed by Cigar City brewing. We usually hear local musician SJ Acoustic on XM and Sirius radio, but now is the chance to see him live as he closes out the night.

Admission Includes:

LOKO Course #1, High Road Smoke Chicken Skewers made with High Road Ale house mojo, cilantro gremolata and orange saffron crema.

LOKO Course #2, Deconstructed Florida Fish Tacos complete with crispy tort, guava bbq salmon, pickled red onion, charred corn, heirloom picoand avocado mousse.

LOKO Course #3, Southern Pimento & Cheese Croquette made with fried potato croquette stuffed with sharp cheddar, pimento sambal coulis and black truffle micro sprouts.

LOKO Course #4, Drunken Grandma Tres Leches with yellow cake, three milks, Grand Marnier aka Grandma, grapefruit brulee and Key lime whip.

One complimentary pint of High Road Ale and a SJ Acoustic concert that starts at 8:30pm.
