It seems that every other day a new development is either announced or breaking ground. Here is a quick list of a few spots rising in the Burg:

Aer St. Petersburg Apartments
American Land Ventures and Tampa-based contractor DPR are working on a 358 unit, 18-story luxury apartment building, Aer. The complex will be located at 330 3rd St. S. and cover just over 2.5 acres.
Arlington
The Arlington is an urban contemporary community. It will offer 40 townhomes with sizes ranging from 1,700 and 2,100 square feet. The townhouses will be located at 8th Street North and Arlington Avenue North. Each unit will be 3 floors with a top floor patio/terrace. For more info you can visit their website.
Bliss
Bliss over Beach Drive features expansive 270 degree city and water views, private elevator foyers, two personally controlled vehicle elevators per unit, resort style lap pool, 24-hour fitness center and ground level retail space. The roof will feature a Sky Lounge and wet bar, elevated 9'x8' Whirlpool Spa and a terrace overlooking the waterfront. Bliss will be located behind the Birchwood. Units will start on the 5th floor, above a 4-story parking garage. Units will feature 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with 2,140 square feet of living space. Brownstones
The Brownstones will bring a NYC feel to St. Pete's housing scene. The development will feature five, 4,000 square-foot units (with 357 square-foot rooftop area). Each unit features three bedrooms and four bathrooms with a detached garage/separate living space. This development is located at 4th Avenue North and 1st Street North.

Galaxy Hotel
This structure is an 11-story, 92-room independent hotel about a year away from completion. Located across the street from Sundial St. Pete.
Hermitage
The Hermitage is an 8-story, 348 unit luxury apartment complex that will encapsulate an entire city block. The complex will be within walking distance of USFSP and nearby medical campuses. The lobby will host a gallery of curated art. This inclination toward creativity will permeate the entire bulding. Art will be on display throughout the hallways and even in a private meeting room with waterfront views of the bay on the roof. The complex is owned by the Allen Morris Company.
ONE
ONE is a 41 Story development that will rise in the heart of downtown. ONE is a mixed-use development that will feature luxury apartments/penthouses, a high-end hotel and retail on the ground level. In total, it will feature 253 luxury units, and 174 hotel rooms. ONE is located at 100 1st Avenue North.
Onyx Apartments
Onyx is a 22-story, 244 unit apartment tower/parking garage. It will be located between 3rd and 4th Streets South and 2nd and 3rd Avenues South.
Rowland Place
The JMC Communities promises to build an enduring lifestyle in the Burg. Rowland Place features 17 condominiums. The complex is 6-stories high and resides along 4th Avenue and Beach Drive, neighboring fellow luxury complex Bliss.
Salvador
The Salvador is the first, upscale, green certified condominium tower in St. Pete. The tower will feature an expansive 11,000 square foot third floor amenity deck, gated dog walk area, out door yoga space, ground level bamboo and rock garden, heated saltwater pool, and a two-level parking garage. In total, The Salvador features 74 residences. The Salvador is located at 199 Dali Boulevard South.
Vela St. Pete
Vela St. Pete is a condo. complex featuring 20 residences, 18 of which are corner units. Units range from 1,100 to 1,900 square feet. Vela is being developed by Komo Development Inc. Vela is located at the intersection of 4th Avenue South and 8th Street South.
801 Central Avenue
This new development will feature a 4-story apartment building above the historic Union Trust Co. Bank. The space will feature 40,000 square-feet of retail space. Art Village I LLC will preserve the original 1926 structure.
