Winter WhiskeyFest at American Freedom Distillery! 

Join I Love the Burg for the 3rd Annual Winter Whiskeyfest in partnership with American Freedom Distillery! Choose from over a dozen different whiskeys to taste, enjoy light bites, and mingle with other like-minded whiskey lovers at American Freedom Distillery on a Saturday evening. American Freedom Distillery showcases its stunning new space and benefits a great community cause. Tickets are limited, with room for only 250 of our closest friends and fans. A portion of the proceeds benefit METRO Inclusive Health. General Admission tickets are $75 in advance, and $85 at the door. VIP tickets are $100. December 8 — Hideaway Holiday Market 

Save the date for a very special Holiday Market! This time the Hideaway is teaming up with their neighbors Avid Brew Company, Lolita’s Wine Market and the Burg Bar & Grill! Sponsored by Your Neighborhood Realty Associates, Inc. Live music, craft beer & wine, and tons of local makers. This is a family friendly event. There will be a kid’s station where they can paint their own holiday ornaments. The event takes place on Saturday, December 8. 11am-5pm. The Hideaway, 1756 Central Avenue.

Enchant St. Petersburg at Tropicana Field (All Weekend)
The largest Christmas Light Maze in the world officially opens at Tropicana Field. Millions of lights will illuminate a skating rink, a Christmas Village, a holiday shopping market and food/drink vendors. Grab a hot chocolate and immerse yourself in the holiday spirit. Black FURday 2019 at Humane Society of Pinellas
The Humane Society of Pinellas will offer a one day, fee-waived adoption event! Catalina Marketing is generously sponsoring all adoptions in an effort to give all of HSP’s furry residents a chance at a new FURever home! This is basically the best booziest Christmas cocktail party you’ve ever been to. Enjoy festive spirits served in funky mugs, like SanTaRex! Shopapalooza at Vinoy Park (Saturday & Sunday)
The biggest shopping event of the season is here! Celebrate the holidays in the Sunshine City with LocalShops1’s Shopapalooza. The two-day event features more than 200 local vendors. Enjoy music, food, kids games and more. Visit Shopapalooza’s website for all the details about vendors, parking and more. The event runs from 10am-5pm both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday Morning Market at Al Lang Stadium
The Saturday Morning Market features more than 100 local vendors selling plants, art, clothing, produce, delicious food, strong coffee, pastries, popcorn and more. 9am-2pm. Al Lang Stadium, 501 Central Avenue.

Yoga Poolside at The Hollander with The Body Electric Yoga
Enjoy a yoga class poolside at the landmark Hollander Hotel in downtown St. Petersburg. Salute the sun with a rotating cast of characters, and then cool off in the Hollander’s beautiful pool. All levels are welcome for this slow flow class, led by Lindsay Dixon, Gracie Mayer, Allison Moonbeam Archer, and Amanda Riker. 8:30-9:30am. $5 BE Monthly and Annual Members / $10 Pre-Registered / $15 Door. Preserve the ‘Burg Historic Walking Tour
This special walking tour will take you on a stroll along the interface between downtown and the Historic Old Northeast, an area undergoing  rapid change yet one that still retains significant historic buildings. One of those is the Burnside residence, located on 5th Ave. N. near the tour’s starting spot in front of Kahwa Coffee. The building has a remarkable history of being home to women who made a mark in our community and beyond. It is a threatened local landmark you will learn about on the tour. 10am-noon. Indie Flea Street Faire
Shop local this weekend in the Sunshine City! The Indie Flea is partnering with Black Crow in the Old Northeast for this special street market. Indie Flea will be hosting 30 select vendors from their network to represent the thriving maker’s scene in St. Pete. There will be all your favorite local vendors like Astatula, Josh Comics, Dark Cycle, Knotted Roots to name just a few. They will be selling art, candles, clothing, vintage, ceramics, plants and so much more. 12-4pm. Small Business Saturday Pop Up, 722 2nd Street North.

Santa Parade and Tree Lighting in North Straub Park
Join the City of St. Petersburg, Florida USA and St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation for the illuminated Santa Parade & Tree Lighting on Saturday. Following the Santa Parade, Mayor Rick Kriseman lights up the downtown waterfront in North Straub Park for St. Petersburg’s annual Tree Lighting. 6-10pm. PARADE ROUTE: Albert Whitted Park, 480 Bayshore Dr. SE., and runs along Bayshore Dr. to Fifth Ave. NE. Tree Lighting takes place at North Straub Park, 400 Bayshore Drive Northeast.

Bros & Brews at Green Bench Brewing
The Olson Project celebrates the end of November at Green Bench Brewing with a FREE shave from their friends at Billy’s Corner Barber Shop. This FREE event will bring awareness and raise funds for the Movember Foundation for men’s mental health and suicide prevention. 4-7pm. Haunted Pub Tour with St. Peter’s Ghost

Pop Up Market at Hawthorne Bottle Shoppe

CommuniTea! with Rachel Miller
