Belleair Development Group, the minds behind so many developments in the area, is set to make history with its newest project – Terraces at 87th. The first-of-its-kind community will showcase 92 luxury and environmentally-sustainable townhomes at the corner of 4th Street North and 87th Avenue.

Sales are already open for the transformative enclave of homes, after the development officially broke ground this summer, complete with a sales gallery open at 443 87th Avenue N. The unique community, envisioned by Belleair Development Group, is designed to be the first sustainable luxury community in the Tampa Bay market. Each of the multilevel homes will be enabled for energy-efficient solar panels, gas stovetops, and pre-wired for electric vehicle chargers.

Inside these sustainable homes – available in three- and four-bedroom floor plans – homeowners can expect open-concept layouts, a spacious four-car garage, and inviting rooftop terraces with upgrade options including a summer kitchen and jacuzzi. With a focus on ease of living both inside and out, residents of the Terraces at 87th will retreat to luxury resident-only amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool surrounded by a sundeck with spacious cabanas, fire pits, grilling areas, and a fenced-in outdoor dog park for off-leash play. Total living square footage is 2,207, and the full unit including garage and rooftop square footage is 3,526.

The open floor plans create bright and airy homes that seamlessly connect all aspects of home life, from cooking and dining to relaxing and unwinding in the living room.

The townhomes feature nine-foot ceilings throughout, as well as glass French doors. The façade windows on each home are made with reflective privacy glass, with impact-resistant hurricane windows and doors throughout.

Kitchens feature top-of-the-line gas appliances by GE Profile, with Upscale custom kitchen cabinetry finished with classic Calacatta countertops, accentuating the inviting waterfall edge island.

“The Terraces at 87th will truly be a defining community in Tampa Bay,” said Belleair Development Group’s owner, Carlos Yepes, “The Douglas Elliman team and I are excited to welcome future residents as we have been taking the time to design and develop the sustainable luxury homes.”
