When sunny weather is a year-round thing it’s easy to be active outside soaking it all in. So it may come as no surprise that Reader’s Digest ranked St. Pete among their top 15 healthiest cities. Using data provided by Yelp, Reader’s Digest uncovered the healthiest, happiest, best quality-of-life communities across the country and determined the Sunshine City is one of them.

St. Pete is home to a plethora of activities that keep residents feeling their best, such as yoga, paddle boarding, and rock climbing to name a few. Coast Bike Share offers locals a convenient and health conscious transportation option. Local parks and trails make recreational areas accessible to those who want to break away from the gym.

Eating right is just as important as physical exercise, and St. Pete’s growing foodie culture absolutely covers that. From a fresh-pressed juice at Karma Juice Bar & Eatery to the fantastic options from Craft Kafe even the most stringent of diets can be satisfied in the Burg.
