A Sprouts Farmers Market could be on its way to the Skyway Marina District in St. Pete. A new rendering of Skyway Village shows the property anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market. The news was first reported by the Tampa Bay Business Journal following a community meeting on Monday, July 10.
Altis Cardinal, led by principal Frank Guerra, unveiled plans for the transformation of a 34-acre park during a community event. The Coral Gables-based developer purchased the Ceridian Office Park 3201 34t hSt S) for $40 million back in 2021 and intends to create a $500 million mixed-use destination with 2,000 housing units, according to TBBJ.

Sprouts would occupy a 23,500-square-foot building in Skyway Village. Altis Cardinal also noted the development could include 92,000 square feet of commercial space during the meeting.
