Rose Gold Tea Labs huge fluffy pancakes have been a huge hit on TikTok, Instagram, and just about everywhere else. The boba tea shop located at 5038 66th St North is a pink spectacle perfectly in line with a totally Barbie-fied Tampa Bay Area. The aforementioned fluff cakes, giant souflee pancakes, are available on Saturdays and Sundays, and now lines are forming around the block for the decadent and photogenic creations.
Kumo Fluffcakes are giant Japanese pancakes that measure about three inches thick. They take roughly 15 minutes to prepare, and guests are encouraged to enjoy them quick. Because they’re only available on weekends, the demand for the fluff cakes rises. So be patient, these treats are worth the wait. They’re open 11am – 7:30pm every Saturday and Sunday.
“Fresh, upscale and innovative, we serve up the tastiest boba creations and other offerings. If you are looking for a magical date spot, inspiring new digs to frequent or a quick pick-me-up, Rose Gold is your place,” writes Pamela Garcia, who owns the tea shop with her Filipino family.
