Pinellas Arts Village Terror Tent returns for Halloween season

This ride ain’t for the faint of heart. The Pinellas Arts Village is a wild hub of murals, sculptures, paintings, and just general artistic wonder. Pompei Monster Factory’s Terror Tent ride was a frightening hit last year, and it’s making a much anticipated return this fall.

Visitors can get their first taste of the motorized thrills during the 4th Saturday Art Walk in Pinellas Park. Stops include COVE, Studios@5663, Complete Sweet Shoppe, and Pinellas Park Art Society Gallery.

The Terror Tent, located at 5681 Park Boulevard in Pinellas Park, features handcrafted creatures, scares, and scenarios. Guests are strapped in and carted through the entire terrifying experience. The Terror Tent opens to the public on both September 27 and 28 from 7:30-10pm. Opening weekend admission will be offered at a discount of just $5 for a ride.

It takes 3 minutes to travel through the 1,500-square-foot attraction. Each buggy holds a total of two guests. The ride will remain open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through October 26. Parents keep in mind, this ride is intended for kids and adults ages 13+.

A map preview of the ride shows a zombie crossing, a tunnel of terror, the corridor of creeps, track of blood, and a nightmare alley. Think you can handle all of the frights?
