The timing for St. Pete’s newest debut couldn’t be better ahead of Father’s Day. St. Pete’s new PGA TOUR Superstore officially opens this Saturday, June 13, at in the Crosswinds Shopping Center at 2020 66th Street.
The gigantic new store is just a hair under 30,000 square feet, occupying the former Bealls Outlet space. With that much room to play with – literally and figuratively – the new superstore is much, much more than just clubs, balls and bags.

The new PGA TOUR Superstore also features multiple high-tech simulators, coastal-inspired golf lifestyle apparel, lessons, club fittings, equipment repair, hitting bays, putting greens, in-house club-making facilities, and even children’s apparel. It’s paradise for those who love golf or want to learn more about it, and as the PGA TOUR’s exclusive retail partner, it “provides customers with access to the same technology and expertise as card-carrying PGA TOUR pros.”
Credit where its due, the new store says it has taken inspiration from St. Pete’s location on the Gulf and the personality of the city. The retail side of the store is more than just country club chic, as they say the store offers “versatile styles designed to move seamlessly from the fairways to downtown Central Ave.”
The store opens at 9 am this Saturday, June 13, and the grand opening festivities include giveaways totaling more than $30,000, as well as activations from local favorites like Gulfport Brewery, TradeWinds Island Resort, and Ferg’s Sports Bar.
