Hollander Hotel’s Sunday pool parties were already the best in town. Add in Pride month festivities, and the next three weekends at Hollander may well be the parties of the summer.
The Hollander is going all out with mega-sized parties the next three Sundays, and all three are completely free to attend. There will be celebrity DJs, pop-ups from local stores, and all the sunshine and cold drinks you can imagine. Festivities take place from 1-5:30 pm each Sunday. This weekend’s kickoff party features some of the city’s most beloved LGBTQ+ community leaders, who will be joining DJ Leslie Jean in the booth to keep the action going. Legendary local artist Chad Mize, Body Electric founder and owner Katelyn Grady, and Hot Mess Sports Director Marta Opsasnick will all be taking turns in the booth and joining the party.
To top it all off, Atlas Body + Home, the popular EDGE District shop, will be hosting a pop-up featuring tons of beach, summer and Pride apparel, including their “unisexy” pool gear. Altogether, it’s a fitting celebration of all things St. Pete.
Then, on the 21st, the pool and pool bar at Hollander Hotel are turning into a massive bubble party as the city nears the apex of the Pride month celebrations. Mr. Stoner and Inner Sanctuary will keep the beats bumping all afternoon. Rachel Stoner, the official Bubble Queen of The Hollander, will be unleashing bubble magic to take the party to the next level.
Hollander Pool parties are already some of the best in town. With frozen drinks, tasty cocktails, and plenty of beer on tap at the pool bar, there’s no shortage of drinks to be had. Meanwhile, the food coming out of the kitchen at Hollander may be the most underrated in town. Once you work up an appetite, grab a seat, and order a plate of pot stickers or fresh grouper nuggets.
There is no cover for the Hollander Pride pool parties, and no RSVP is required. Just show, grab a drink, and get ready to burn some calories dancing and swimming. And don’t worry, the party doesn’t stop after Pride. Hollander Hotel hosts its pool parties every Sunday until October.
