The Historic Kenwood Neighborhood is one of the most beloved in the Burg. It’s an area that’s fostered growth in the arts and culinary scenes in the Sunshine City, and plays host to several of the most popular events in the area.
Pinot in the Park is a sure sellout year after year, and Bungalow Fest provides a rare opportunity to explore the wild and dreamy homes in the neighborhood of the arts. This time of year brings out the light artisan in everyone. Inflatable figures depicting cherished holiday characters, sequence upon sequence of dazzling lights, and technicolor ornaments all find their way to the front lawns of homes throughout the Burg.

Choose the the official showstopper
Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association wants to take residents on a walking tour of the area to experience the illuminant displays crafted by local residents. During the inaugural Holiday Cavalcade of Homes, attendees will cast their votes to decide which home (amongst 12 finalists) truly stands as the premier showstopper.
The finalists will be announced on Wednesday, December 20 and the walking tours will take place from December 21 through December 27, from 6-9pm nightly. Tune in to the official event page for updates on the official tour route.
