With such close proximity to the Gulf, the Burg is no stranger to great seafood as St. Pete’s beaches provide a plethora of phenomenal restaurants to satiate fishy cravings. However, downtown St. Pete seemingly lacks that same abundance of laid-back, come all/serve all seafood restaurants. The partners behind The Manderin Hide are hoping to fill that void with their newest concept called Trophy Fish.
Trophy Fish aims to bring fresh-from-the-Gulf seafood to downtown St. Pete. The restaurant will support local fishing industry as it utilizes local seafood. Partner Ryan Griffin who is also involved with Souzou and Rock Bros Brewing states, “We are very passionate about helping our community and Tampa Bay grow.”
