We are so ready for a magical Christmas experience on the beach. The Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach (301 S Gulfview Blvd) just revealed the schedule of “Christmas in Paradise” activities for the holiday season. Each weekend in December, the resort will feature a jam-packed holiday schedule with pool parties, Santa-led cocktail classes, “cookies and cocktail” sessions, and more.

We invite our guests and local community to join us as we celebrate the season in our beautiful beach-side location.”
Christmas in Paradise Pool Parties
When: Every Thursday in December
Time: 11am-sunset
Cost: The pool parties are open to overnight guests and local residents. People who are not staying at the resort can purchase a day pass to the events by visiting Resort Pass.
These pool parties will take place on the resort’s spacious rooftop pool deck that overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy live music, holiday-themed games, specialty cocktails, seasonal pool floats, and festive décor. At dusk, the resort will show a holiday movie on an oversized outdoor movie screen.
Apres Sea Pop-Up Holiday Bar
When: Open every Thursday and Friday through December 22
Time: 5pm-7pm
The pop-up will be available on the resort’s Sky Terrace rooftop venue which features panoramic beachside views and will provide a robust menu of holiday-inspired cocktails. A portion of proceeds from the holiday cocktail menu will benefit Hope Villages of America, a local non-profit organization that supports Pinellas neighbors facing hunger, homelessness, domestic violence, or a lack of basic needs.
The menu features a Sugar Cookie Martini with Big Storm vanilla vodka, white chocolate liquor, and ice cream with a vanilla-frosted sprinkle rim. It also features a Candy Cane Martini with vodka amaretto, peppermint schnapps, and ice cream with a crushed candy cane. Additional selections include a Gingerbread Old Fashioned, a Mistletoe Mimosa, and a non-alcoholic Christmas Tree Lemonade.
Santa-led Cocktail Classes
When: Every Friday in December
Time: 5pm
Cost: The classes are complimentary for overnight resort guests and $25 for day visitors.
During the events, attendees will learn how to make some of Santa’s favorite North Pole libations with instruction from Jolly Old St. Nicholas himself.
Christmas Cookies and Cocktails
When: Every Sunday in December
Time: 4pm
Cost: $30 for non-overnight guests and complimentary for overnight guests. Reservations can be made online.
Guests of all ages can decorate holiday-shaped cookies while adults enjoy delicious cocktails from OffSHOR. Participants will receive cookies, icing and cookie decorations, and a holiday-themed cocktail. Children can take part in the cookie decorating activity for free.
Additionally, throughout the season, the resort will also feature a special Christmas tree amenity kit. When guests reserve the amenity, they will receive a holiday tree that they can set up and decorate in their room.
The package also features hot chocolate with marshmallows and miniature candy canes, milk and cookies, stationary for writing letters to Santa Claus, a gingerbread house making kit, a copy of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, and reindeer food. The amenity is $250 for up to four people and $25 per additional person. A limited number of trees are available so guests are encouraged to reserve the kit in advance by calling (727) 373-1234.
