HaleLife Bakery wows diners from around the world
This is a passion project for the owners. Taylor Miller and Laura McCutcheon (son & mother) were both diagnosed with Celiac Disease one year apart back in 2008 and 2009.
In fall of 2016, the duo opened the nation’s first dedicated gluten-free event center and learning kitchen in Clearwater. One year later, in October 2017 they proudly opened the doors to their dedicated gluten-free, dairy, soy & egg free bakery in the front of their center to continue to help serve and support their local gluten-free and Celiac community.
Their stores offer more than just desserts. Delicious breads, pretzels, quesadillas, and toasts are also on the menu.
