Fo’Cheezy Twisted Metlz is now open. The concept debuts at 5pm on October 22. The grilled cheese hub has been satiating beach goers for more than a year now. The Twisted Melt Food Truck has helped expand the concept’s footprint beyond the sunny shores of St. Pete Beach. Co-founders Chef Robert Hesse and Craig Munroe are now ready to bring the melty concept to downtown St. Pete (111 3rd Street North).

The team began hiring during a job fair earlier in the summer.

“We are hiring for line cooks, prep cooks, cashiers/servers, and food runners. Please bring your resume and be prepared to interview. No online applications will be accepted at this time.”

The original location is located at 6305 Gulf Blvd. St. Pete Beach FL and is open 7-days-a-week, Thursday-Sunday, from 11am until 11pm, Friday-Saturday, from 11am until 3am.

Hesse has already teased a few of the savory melts diners can expect. A giant Cuban War Pig Melt pays homage to the Tampa Bay area’s favorite treat. A Skrimp Pimp Melt brings tasty shrimp to the pressed sandwich fray.

Addictive additions to the menu include bacon dog pops, waffle crispy chicken tenders, and Fo’Cheezy Mac.

Not Yo Mama’s melts

The goal is to create chef-inspired comfort food. Hesse wants to be a trendsetter in the culinary world with its innovate “Not Yo Mama’s” melts.

Diners can expect to enjoy street-to-table eats. Fo’Cheezy prides itself on using high quality, locally sourced ingredients, from artisan breads to the best from dairy farms.
