The great foodie spots just keep rollin’ in. St. Pete’s newest addition to its stellar food truck scene is Egg Roll’n, which is exactly what it sounds like: a showcase of all kinds of egg rolls, bringing flavors and unique twists.

Handmade to-order with fresh ingredients, Egg Roll’n has become a quick hit as it’s started popping up around St. Pete and the Tampa Bay Area with its gourmet international fusion eats. Already, it seems to be locked in as a regular at Pinellas Ale Works, one of our favorite breweries in town and a great spot to pair hot egg rolls with cold craft beer.

While the menu changes regularly, there are a variety of options for those with different tastes. The star of the menu is the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll, and other options when we spotted them over the weekend included Southwest, Smokehouse (smoked sausage, pulled pork, pepper jack and BBQ sauce), Veggie, and a Cheeseburger egg roll paired with bacon jam. All of their egg rolls are also available as bowls, served over rice instead of instead of inside an egg roll. You can also go for an egg roll sampler platter if you can’t settle on just one.

Egg Roll’n opened in Hernando County late in 2023, and while they’ve been roving all over the region, it seems St. Pete has become a prime location for them.
