You don’t have to wait until May to get in on the festivities, join the Kick-Off Party for Derby at the Pier at Glamper on Saturday, April 12th from 7:30-10:30pm.

The swanky charity party hosted by The 13 Ugly Men is an annual favorite, showcasing incredible live entertainment, excellent fashion, all the Mint Juleps you could dream of, and of course, the big race shown on the big screen. Tickets are on sale now, with multiple GA and VIP levels available. This popular event always sells out, so we recommend securing yours quickly.

The party of the year at The Pier

In addition to the gigantic video wall showing the race, Derby at The Pier includes live bands, DJs, full bars throughout Spa Beach Park, several of the region’s most popular food trucks, Derby-themed games, a professional photo area, and much more. Of course, perhaps the biggest highlights are the attendees themselves, with everyone decked out in their finest Derby attire.

The Woodford Reserve Jockey Club is the must-have ticket every year, as the all-inclusive lounge provides an elevated experience with complimentary drinks for the duration of the event, plus one food truck meal ticket to select something from the many vendors at the party. Space is limited and prices go up as the event gets closer.

There are also a limited number of VIP tables available for the Woodford Reserve Jockey Club, as well as private cabanas available for rent along the water as part of “Millionaires Row.” See all ticket options here. The event is one of several huge parties hosted every year by The 13 Ugly Men, all in the name of supporting local charities. Their mission is to support the Tampa Bay community through volunteer work and by raising funds through these large-scale events throughout the year.
