The first phase of upgrades to Davis Commons is underway in Pinellas Park ,and it will be a game changer for the city. “The City Center development will enhance the quality of life for citizens, businesses, and visitors while embodying Pinellas Park’s strong community spirit,” write Pinellas Park officials in a statement.
Davis Commons, located between 60th and 61st Streets North along 76th Ave, will serve as the central civic space for Pinellas Park. Features of this signature public park include a splash pad, playground, open air pavilions and a festival street.

Once upgrades are complete, this this area will be a hot spot for food truck gatherings, community events, live music and more.
City Hall is set to undergo relocation, accompanied by the construction of a new parking garage. Additionally, the development blueprint includes the establishment of restaurants and multifamily residences within the vicinity.
