Buttermilk Eatery just opened its second location in Pinellas Park, at 7054 US Highway 19 N. The new location is the same concept, smaller version. And for the new Pinellas Park location, smaller is better. “We’re the only independent in the shopping center,” says Bob Asani, “Everything else is franchise or corporate.”
Since the concept hasn’t changed, neither will the menu items. Drop in for the decadent favorites: thick cut brioche bread dipped in their crunch buttermilk batter, layered with banana cream filling and topped with a mixed berry sauce; or else, the Oreo cookie covered pancakes, fruit-topped stacks of buttermilk pancakes, and Greek Yogurt topped waffles.

While the sweet, syrup drizzled treats are a must, we also recommend the savory end of the menu, like the Meat Lover’s Scrambler, which includes hardwood smoked bacon, ham, pork sausage, and shredded jack cheese. And if you want to start your day by getting up, eating, and laying back down in blissful ecstasy, you just gotta have the biscuits and gravy.
The original location off 10316 Roosevelt Blvd. gave a welcomed excuse to indulge, a second spot gives an excuse to double down on indulgence, no matter what side of the ‘Burg you’re on.
