The Blu Halo, a popular Tallahassee restaurant, has opened its second location in the heart of Carillon Park’s Echelon City Center. The restaurant marked its grand opening with an exclusive VIP dinner, giving guests a first taste of its modern take on Americana cuisine.

Now open to the public, The Blu Halo St. Pete serves lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. The menu, led by Executive Chef David Smith, features elevated steak and seafood dishes alongside creative cocktails and a handpicked wine list. Highlights include a 14-ounce ribeye, spicy harissa salmon, sea bass with toasted walnut tapenade, and the signature Blu Halo Chop topped with blueberry chutney and goat cheese.

The Blu Halo also offers a private wine locker program, allowing frequent diners to store their favorite bottles on-site in personalized lockers for a club-style experience.
