Black Radish Vegan Grocer is one of our top reasons for driving to Tampa. The team behind the concept announced that a St. Pete grocery store is in the works during a celebration of Golden Dinosaur Vegan Deli’s 3rd birthday. The wait is almost over. Black Radish will officially open at 246 Dr M.L.K. Jr St N, on Saturday, December 18.

“You asked… and we can finally safely say, we know the day! And it’s less than a month away! Thanks for staying patient with us. We’re a tiny little crew trying to make a lot of magic happen. None of this would be possible without our incredible staff and all of you for lifting us up and showing up every damn day. Thank you with all of our radish shaped hearts. SEE YOU SOON ST PETE!!!!
Our official grand opening weekend is DECEMBER 18th, see you there!”
Black Radish currently operates a vegan grocery store in Tampa at 2923 N 12th St.
The concept opened its doors in Tampa just over one year ago amid the pandemic and has become an integral part of its community.
Quaint in size, this store is bursting with local flavor. In addition to some of the best vegan brands from across the country, Black Radish also supports small businesses in the Tampa Bay region. You can find Oopsy Daisy Sweets, St. Pete Ferments, and King State Coffee.
The shop also makes maybe the best breakfast sandwich in the entire city. Be sure to try a massive vegan burrito on your visit, or the Havana Hunny.
Black Radish’s house biscuit is divine, by the way.
Follow the vegan grocery store on Instagram for updates. You can also tune in to its Tampa IG if you want to whet your appetite for the delicious vegan things to come.
