At the time of this writing, the sign above the future Bohemios location still says “BurgerFi”, marking the previous tenant to occupy 855 Central Ave.
“Everyone in St. Pete is so busy,” Bohemios owner Ronaldo Zeledon told me. “But we’re planning to be open on March 25th, sign or not.”

Upon opening, they’ll focus on offering an impressive selection of beers and wines, thoughtfully selected to complement the tapas menu. Plans to broaden the beverage selection with a variety of spirits and cocktails is in the works with the intention to apply for a full liquor license.
The St. Pete location will offer indoor and sidewalk dining, allowing guests to enjoy their tapas and drinks as many Spaniards would, al fresco style.
