St. Pete has a new hotspot for all things holistic wellness and recovery. Vitality Wellness is now officially open at 400 12th Avenue North, bringing their celebrated self-care and recovery treatments to the neighborhood.
Vitality has quickly become a west St. Pete favorite since opening earlier this year at 5653 Park Street North, and this second location for the booming operation is fantastic news for those living on the downtown side of the city. The wellness and recovery center is beloved for its expansive offerings, including cryotherapy, float therapy, an infrared sauna, contrast baths, a steam room and much more.
Vitality’s high-tech Cryo Room has become a sensation in its own right, and it’s an experience we ourselves have enjoyed thoroughly. After picking out a song to listen to, you step right into a chamber cooled to minus 100 degrees and spend three minutes in the “super cooling” dry cold session, a revitalizing and transformative experience for the body. The treatment does wonders for inflammation, recovery, flexibility and even skin rejuvenation.
Vitality’s offerings cover a wide range of treatments, and the facility also includes PEMF (Pulse Electro Magnetic Field) therapy, an incredibly soothing experience that rejuvenates cells with a non-invasive treatment.
