Inside the historic Cordova Inn at 253 2nd Ave N, The Scott cafe and cocktail lounge is one of downtown St. Pete’s hidden gems, and now we have even more reasons to visit. The café has officially unveiled new breakfast and lunch menus, pairing perfectly with their locally-roasted Hogg Batch coffee.
The new menus showcase a delectable array of fresh and flavorful options to start the day and satisfy any midday cravings. The new breakfast menu features a fantastic variety of baked goodies every morning, while the lunch menu, available Monday-Friday until 3 pm, dishes up a trio of tasty paninis.

You can certainly get coffee and a croissant to go, but if you have time, we definitely recommend hanging out inside The Scott’s lovely bar or grabbing a table in the shade on their front porch. We can also speak from experience that it makes for an excellent remote work office. The Scott opens daily at 8 am.

Of course, we would be remiss if we didn’t give a shoutout to the evening side of things. The Scott has one of the absolute best happy hours in downtown, and the intimate, relaxed space is the perfect spot for a cocktail, beer or glass of wine at any point in your night out. We’re particularly excited for the future, as The Cordova Inn began its expansion earlier this year, which will include a beautiful new restaurant and bar on the corner of 3rd Street and 2nd Avenue North, complete with a wraparound porch. Read all about that here.
