The Burg Diner is an intimate eatery in North St. Pete, and has served the community for nearly 10 years.

There’s no time like the holidays to have a reopening. The team took to Facebook to announce the diner will reopen on Monday, December 23, from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. and Christmas Eve from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. at 2950 49th St N.

Extended hours for The Burg Diner are also on the horizon. Famished guests should follow them on Facebook for updates.

This diner is known for having fun with morning classics. Previous specials from the summer and fall included carrot cake pancakes, a French onion benedict, ribeye skillet over tater tots, and an arepa benedict.

The Burg Diner is a neighborhood gem with inventive specials

Its prices are always reasonable. Let’s support the mom-and-pop restaurants that make this city what it is today.

Bill Georgiou founded The Burg Diner nearly 10 years ago. Georgiou also owns The Burg Bar and Grill on Central Avenue. The charismatic, hardworking, and beloved restaurateur has done so much for St. Pete over the years, and we’re happy his restaurant visions are still with us today.
