A taste of New Jersey is now open in the Sunshine City. Taylor Sam’s has opened its doors at 312 3rd Street South in St. Pete. We already sampled so much of the menu, and the OG Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese does not disappoint. The caramel iced latte is also a must try.
This new cafe has brought the home style cooking of New Jersey to the heart of St. Pete. Prepare for mammoth, super savory breakfast sandwiches to jumpstart your morning. The cafe is the brainchild of Executive Chef Scott Spivak and his wife Dawn Spivak. Taylor Sam’s was officially born in Brick NJ in 2013. For nearly 10 years they have satisfied the early morning cravings of diners in the Northeast. We hope they’re ready to satiate our southern palates.

Chef Scott’s and Dawn’s goal has always been to offer a great breakfast and lunch experience for the local residents and visitors to the Jersey Shore, write the Spivak’s on Taylor Sam’s website. With the creation of an eclectic and homestyle menu featuring “scratch cooking”, young Taylor Sam’s was groomed to harbor the same quality ingredients, personal service and values that Scott and Dawn had always offered the extended family that graced their doors.
