This Saturday, March 30, the St. Pete Pier is taking spring celebration to the next level. Spring Festival is a mega-sized celebration of the season, complete with one of the biggest Easter egg hunts in the region.

More than 20,000 Easter eggs filled with candy and toys will be hidden all over Spa Beach Park, with the hunt beginning at 11:30 am and happening hourly! NOTE that this will be a (FREE) ticketed event so make sure you have a reservation to participate. Each ticket entitles one child and one adult to take part in the Easter egg hunt. Only children 12 years old and under may participate. You can get your tickets here.

Saturday will be packed full of family-friendly entertainment and activities. Festival games will take over Spa Beach Park with a bounce zone, face painting, balloon artists, claw games and more. There will also be specialty food trucks and vendors, like Main Street Boys Empanadas, Astro Ice Cream, Makanalani’s and Big Red BBQ.

The day will also feature live music and DJs and, of course, the Easter Bunny will be on hand for the holiday and perhaps to show us some of his best moves in the roller rink. The Rockin’ Roller Rink will be in full swing all weekend, the Pier’s first-ever open-air, outdoor roller skating rink.

The Spring Festival will be open from 11 am – 7 pm. Admission to the festival is free. Learn more at stpetespringfest.com.
