The Space Fruit Truck specializes in creating delicious fruit pearl concocktions. It’s like the Dip N’ Dots version of a smoothie bowl.
The creations from Space Fruit are made with Florida grown oranges instead of ice cream. Owners Kelvin and Casey have created an absolutely out of this world (and all vegan) treat you can feel good about. It’s opening day in the EDGE District is set to be a celebration of something total refreshing in the always surging district.

Introducing Space Fruit to the Sunshine City
What is space fruit exactly?
The space fruit is made with liquid nitrogen frozen pearls of flavor and topped with chunks to pair with the flavors.
These creations are available by the cup/bowl, as well as in pints to take home. If you’re feeling extra vibrant you can also add these sensational fruit pearls to smoothies.
Flavors such as Lemon Pineapple and Wildberry have appeared on the menu. The booth it occupies at The EDGE Collective has been completely decked out in an intergalactic mural.
A celebration of small business in the EDGE District
Opening Day for Space Fruit Truck is May 5 at 12pm at The EDGE Collective, which is located at 1234 Central Ave
