SkyBeach Hotel has quickly become a hotspot for waterfront events since opening in the Skyway Marina District this year, and their newest event series has brought some of their biggest celebrations yet. Taking place this weekend, the next SkyBeach party is a can’t-miss festival for music lovers.
Taking place this Saturday, December 21, from 11 am – 10 pm, the Sky’s The Limit music festival will showcase an incredible lineup of Grammy-nominated musicians, as well as an open beach tennis tournament welcoming all amateurs. Festivities take place along SkyBeach’s pristine beach overlooking the Skyway and all shows are free to attend. SkyBeach Hotel is located at 6800 Sunshine Skyway Lane South.
Grammy nominees highlight SkyBeach music festival
Nine-time Grammy-nominated reggae ambassadors Third World headline the all-day celebration, taking the stage from 8-10 pm. Grammy-nominated singer Kumar will perform a special set on the beach from 6:30-7:30 pm. See the full schedule below.
During the day, grab your paddle and join SkyBeach for some friendly competition on the beach, as they host a Beach Tennis Open Play Tournament. Email Director@southsidesports.co to sign up, and start practicing now, because the winner gets a complimentary weekend stay at the hotel.
And while you’re there, be sure to indulge in the excellent food and drink at the beautiful hotel.
