SHINE Mural Festival is almost here! The first official SHINE Mural Festival event is set for Friday, October 18 at Station House downtown. Titled REVEAL: EMERGE, this official SHINE event will feature several floors of art, music and creativity.

It begins on the street level pop up event with Royal Palm Market and its roster of local vendors. There will be a cocktail exhibition sponsored by Ichicoro ANE at Station House showcasing exclusive cocktails by Ichicoro ANE and two other local cocktail bars .

The second floor of Station House will transform into a wild art exhibit. Emerge art exhibition, curated by Diana Bryson, is a multidisciplinary collection that showcases the work of emerging artists from all over the world who are in school or who have graduated within the past year.

To go along with this exhibition, Bryson will host a panel discussion with leaders from the Tampa Bay Area focusing on the importance of facilitating the growth of artists and musicians early in their careers.

SHINE will host a live painting session of six panels by emerging muralists on Station House’s fourth floor. Some of the artists will be using spray paint while others will complete their panels using brush work. Artists included for live painting will be Mitch Cook, Mega SupremoMark Stevens, Cesar Garcia, Van Der Luc, Gabriela Jaxon, and Jenipher Chandley.

There will be another art exhibition on the fifth floor presented by Libertine Contemporary – Fine Art Gallery.

Music will be presented on every floor throughout the evening with the help of Swamp Sister booking- live performances on the second floor and rooftop terrace. There will also be an evening DJ performing on the rooftop of Station House.

You can find all of the details on the Reveal: Emerge event page. Station House St. Pete is located 260 1st Avenue South and the event will run from 5-11pm.
