For those who are feeling the stress of the season, or for those just looking for a fun way to hang out with friends, a fantastic community wellness experience is coming to St. Pete this Saturday. Hosted at The Factory, Sacred Sessions is an all-day-and-night event with guided yoga, intimate workshops, and incredible musical performances (and much more), where people come together in an intimate setting “to help guide each other back to the roots of our human nature.”

Running from 1 pm – midnight on Saturday, April 8, the full day of sober activities includes guided yoga, a cacao ceremony, a cleansing Sound Healing Experience, breathing exercises, workshops, and an intimate community market complete with local artists, food and non-alcoholic drink vendors (including some stellar kava and kratom cocktails), and much more. All of which will be followed by an incredible night of music from some of the nation’s best DJs. Additionally, Sacred Sessions is hosting a special edition goat yoga workshop with a full hour of overwhelming cuteness.

General Admission tickets are on sale now for $45, earning come-and-go access to the full day of events. Goat yoga tickets are an additional $25, with limited spots remaining. The intent of Sacred Sessions is to provide a space to connect, empower, awaken and heal through curated, interactive experiences.

“Our goal is to unify and form a safe space to open our hearts through high vibrational music, art and interactive activities for all ages,” Sacred Sessions says. On that note, kids are welcome, and there will even be a kids area full of activities.

The day begins in the spacious indoor warehouse at The Factory, and the afternoon will continue to play host to introductory sessions, guided yoga and meditation, workshops and more, including the beautiful market in the garden. At 4 pm, the musical portion of the moving experience begins in earnest.

The Sacred Sessions music experience is more elevated than ever, leveling up production with the WAAT Sound System, a visual projection screen with live VJs, and live DJs going from 4 pm-Midnight. Enjoy a diverse selection of lo-fi beats, experimental bass, dance-floor grooves, drum and bass, and more. Coming from ATL to the Burg, headliner Zen Selekta is going to be bringing her ancient and tribal sounds carrying individuals on a very rare Downtempo journey. As direct support, Langwidj from Tallahassee is leading a journey and a whole range of sounds that will be sure to tickle your brain in all the sweet spots. We will be wrapping up the day with a Closing Ceremony circle during a live ambient set by KingJoe.

The Zen Garden outside will be filled with craft vendors, food and drink vendors, live glass blowing, and much more. The mystical fairy garden is also the perfect space to explore some of the many services Sacred Sessions has to offer, such as tarot readings, henna art, massage therapy, and reiki healing. They will be offering Kava, Kratom, and mocktails that are out of this world.
