Pure Martini Bar will open on the ground floor of Vantage at 162 16th Street North this summer in St. Petersburg.
Who’s ready for an artsy martini bar? A new concept called “Pure Martini Bar” is set to debut just in time for summer in the Sunshine City.

The concept will comprise 3,400-square-feet and offer an extensive list of craft cocktails in addition to a tasty tapas menu.
A few listed cocktails that have caught my attention:
Banana Old Fashioned
Sanibal Sangria
Strawberry Mojito
Tequila-tini
Lavender Fizz
Tantalizing sides include garlic bread fries, rosemary red potatoes, and grilled broccolini.
Diners can also sink their teeth into double-cut lamb chops, pesto baked chicken thighs, garlic butter steak bites, fennel and mussels Alfredo, and snapper escovitch.
Want to keep up with Pure Martini news? Follow the concept on Instagram.
An official opening timeline is still TBA.
The Martini Bar is a short distance from the always bustling EDGE District of St. Pete, and the brand new EDGE Collective. Across the street visitors can admire Derek Donnelly’s sprawling pop culture mural on the exterior of Cultosaurus.
Need to whet your appetite ahead of its debut?
You can always visit the new Sauvignon Wine Bar on Central Avenue, or venture over to Cru Cellars in the Westshore Marina District.
