Huge news for comedy fans in St. Pete: Nate Bargatze is performing two shows at Amalie Arena tomorrow, December 9. Tickets are on sale now – and going fast. Bargatze will perform sets at 3pm and at 7pm. Whether it’s going viral for his personal and funny stories about marriage and parenthood, or crushing his hosting duties on Saturday Night Live, Bargatze has proved one of the most versatile comics of his generation.

Fun fact: If you hit the 3pm show you can use the Cross-Bay Ferry to get to and from Tampa. The ferry drops you off right outside the Tampa Convention Center, which is about a 10 minute walk from Amalie Arena.

Bargatze has found viral success on Instagram and TikTok with his stories about his family, including early specials like “Full Time Magic” and “Yelled at By a Clown.” He also released critically acclaimed Netflix specials “The Tennessee Kid” and “The Greatest Average American.”

Bargatze is one of the top comedians to watch in the world

The comic also set a record for the most-streamed original comedy special in its first 28 days on Amazon Prime with his latest one-hour special, “Nate Bargatze: Hello World.”

Nate was featured as one of Esquire’s “Best New Comedians” by Jim Gaffigan, one of Marc Maron’s “Comedians to Watch” in Rolling Stone, one of Variety’s “10 Comics to Watch” for 2015, and as #1 on Vulture’s ‘50 Comedians You Should Know’ in 2015.
