The Moxy Hotel is now open in the EDGE District of St. Pete (1234 Central Avenue), offering 163 stylish guest rooms and suites. Guests will be welcomed into a versatile lobby featuring an indoor/outdoor bar, premium coffee café, podcast studio, and 1,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

Additionally, this fall, the hotel will open the second location of Sparrow, a Florida-favorite rooftop dining and nightlife experience.

The hotel’s standout feature is its rooftop pool deck with a poolside bar. Guests will enjoy a bright, playful lobby showcasing mid-century modern design and laid-back Florida beach decor. Local Florida artists have added their touch, with murals by popular muralists like Ashley Cassens, “we are nice’n easy,” and HOXXOH adorning the common spaces.

Efficient rooms and fabulous amenities in St. Pete

Inside, the lobby offers spaces for both work and play, including lively areas for entertainment, quieter spots for focus, and a lush courtyard. Bar Moxy will serve specialty cocktails and light dishes, while Rose’s Coffee Bar offers La Colombe products, freshly baked pastries, and healthy snacks.

On the 7th floor, guests will find a rooftop pool with cabanas and Sip ‘n Dip, an open-air poolside bar perfect for enjoying refreshing cocktails and snacks. Later this fall, the rooftop will also welcome Sparrow, an Asian-fusion nightlife spot with craft cocktails, sleek decor, and panoramic views.

Blending with the EDGE District’s vibe

Situated on Central Avenue, Moxy St. Pete fits seamlessly into the artistic and funky EDGE District. The hotel is part of the new 500,000-square-foot EDGE Collective, which will also host popular brands like Solidcore and Floyd’s 99.

Moxy St. Pete is located at 1234 Central Ave and reservations are now open beginning August 8. The street level activations include a new barbershop, and solid core. Next door, Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine is also set to open later in 2024.
