The Motocave, a luxury automotive condominium, is the brainchild of Scott Clendening from Commercial Partners Realty, in collaboration with Tampa Bay-based DDA Development and Mosk Development Company. Strategically located at 2051 Gandy Blvd in St. Pete, Motocave boasts 43 car condominiums spread across five buildings, encompassing a total of approximately 55,000 square feet. “We have created a unique experience for owners who want to celebrate and safely store their special cars or luxury RVs. Our owners have taken their blank canvases and are outfitting them with everything from custom bars and lounges to A/V systems and seating areas,” said Bowen Arnold, Principal at DDA Development.

Complementing the private facilities is the community clubhouse, a 2,178-square-foot, multi-story space featuring glass roll-up doors that allow owners to bring in their favorite cars for special events.
