A new premium scoop shop, Happy’s Ice Cream, is opening right next to the St. Pete gem Sunrise Lanes. This brand new ice cream parlor is covered in mural work by the prolific Derek Donnelly, and it is set to soft launch on August 6.

Owners Allana and Marco have a serious passion for the sweet treat, and the menu elevates your favorite classic flavors.

The strawberry flavor is made with locally harvest Florida strawberries, and is combined with the delectable vanilla flavor. Velvety chocolate, creamy vanilla bean, a mint ice cream loaded with white and dark chocolate chips, and a praline butter pecan round out the regular menu.

Happy’s Ice Cream will serve up boozy ice cream

Happy’s 727 will also serve up two special boozy ice cream flavors at their shop.

The Cinnamon French Toast flavor; it’s cinnamon sugar infused vanilla bean ice cream with rumchata and fireball. Another boozy classic, Rum Raisin, features premium raisins that go through a deep rum marination until plump and juicy. The raisins are mixed with Happy’s super premum vanilla bean ice cream.

A dairy free coconut ice cream is also on the special flavors menu.

It’s fantastic to see a new local spot pop up in this part of the ‘Burg, and it’s even more fantastic to see the owners partner with a local artist to add that Sunshine City touch to its walls. Get out and support this local passion project!
