Hula Hoopin’ Thursday
Thursday, August 16 from 6 pm to 7:30 pm This is a 90-minute hula hoop exercise and dance class taught by professional hoop dancer Lizz Sparkle. Learn and practice hula hoop dance tricks from 6-7:30 pm. All ages, skills sets and fitness levels welcome. A limited supply of hula hoops will be provided. Although weighted hoops are recommended for this class, they are by no means necessary and participants are welcome to bring their own. Have fun, stay hydrated and dance the night away at Hula Hoopin’ Thursdays!

Free Workout Class
Thursday, August 16 beginning 7:15 pm These classes have a 45-minute “boot camp” style workout! Everyone is welcome and this class is go at your own pace! It can be as difficult/easy as you make it!

Free Yoga
Saturday, August 18 from 8:30 am to 10 am Head to the courtyard at Sundial St. Pete for a free yoga session hosted by The Body Electric Yoga Company. Don’t forget to bring a towel, yoga mat, and a water bottle. Don’t worry, there will be a limited supply of free yoga mats to use during the class in case you don’t have one.

Weedon Island Guided Hike
Saturday, August 18 from 9 am to 11 am This is a guided hike through the mangrove and upland ecosystems of Weedon Island Preserve. Join the hike to learn about the coastal environment and the early residents of the Preserve.

Wyrdwood Vikings Invade St. Petersburg Main Library!
Saturday, August 18 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm The Wyrdwood Vikings will present a living history program featuring Viking clothing, armor, and culture.
