Enriching your experience of the Tampa Bay region

ECOmersion is about more than just getting out on the water. The guides want to enrich each visitors understanding of the natural environment, and to encourage them to actively protect it. As a way to give back, ECOmersion donates a percentage of all profits to local and national groups. Some of these groups include the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, the Audubon Society, and the Tampa Bay Watch (TBW) who protect and maintain the environment around us for future generations to enjoy. ECOmersion also coordinates monthly cleanups and have picked up hundreds of pounds of trash from our local shorelines.

There are ample trails and paths to enjoy at War Veterans Memorial Park

ECOmersion has spearheaded cleanups with 119 attendees who removed a total of 690.5 pounds of debris from Pinellas County public spaces. These cleanups took place at 9 different locations. ECOmersion staff and friends also participated in the 35th Annual International Coastal Clean Up in support of international environmental awareness. Additionally, the ECOmersion launch site will strive for net zero emissions by 2025 with all electricity provided by solar panels attached to the facility.
