A new space for creative culinary expression

Now, onto Chef’s Table. There are two important ideas behind this new concept, writes owner Kelly Rodriguez-Laureano: “Amazing, fun, artistic food, and great friends.”

“The best memories do not come from a stagnant environment but from unique experiences,” writes Rodriguez-Laureano in a message to I Love the ‘Burg. “Chef’s Table is meant to evolve, to change and deliver passionate culinary experiences that are not the same every time someone comes to a curated event.”

In all, this new dining experience is designed to be collaborative, and a testament to culinary artistry. You will never have the same experience twice. Each chef tasting menu is inspired by the owners’ experiences traveling abroad. This new space gives the fantastic Chef Alex Rodriguez a platform to express food in a meaningful way that travel has fed his creativity.

Distinctive wine pairing events coming soon

In true Lolita’s fashion, wine events will also take center stage. These wine focused events will also include food pairings.

The first in the series will take place on June 5 at 7pm. The Levendi Napa Valley Winery Wine Dinner will cost $180 per person and is all-inclusive with tax and gratuity included. There are a total of 26 seats available for the event.

To reserve seats, email hello@lolitaswinemarket.com.

A stylish venue available for private events

“The space will be available for our clients to book and have their own private dinner, birthday party, wine tasting, cocktail party, business dinner or event with a custom catered menu on nights that there are not curated events,” writes Rodriguez-Laureano. ” It is the perfect venue for those who want to throw a party but don’t want to clean before or after.”

True to Lolita’s distinctive style, this space exudes a blend of comfort and elegance, reminiscent of stepping into a globally inspired, carefully curated home. Designed to celebrate diversity rather than adhere to a specific culture, it offers a warm, textural ambiance enriched with echoes of its past incarnations. More than just a venue, it’s a place where we aspire to craft and cherish lasting memories.
