Get your salt and limes ready – a gigantic, three-story fiesta is bringing downtown St. Pete one of its biggest parties of the year. Red Mesa Group announced that it will host “Club Cinco” on Sunday, May 5, from 11 am – 11 pm, transforming Red Mesa Cantina into a gigantic Cinco-inspired wonderland.

Club Cinco will take over all three floors of the building – located at 128 3rd Street South – and the entire Cinco de Mayo party is completely free to attend, giving guests plenty of space to party and plenty of extra cash for margaritas and tacos.

Anyone can join in the festivities and dine on the ground floor or in the terrace (grabbing a chair at the patio bar is one of our favorite seats in St. Pete), while the second floor Cantinita will become a full Cinco de Mayo party, also open to the public. Upstairs on the third floor, the rooftop bar and ballroom will be transformed into one of the best parties of the year (with no cover), complete with DJ Midnight Rider spinning tunes from 5-11 pm.

Red Mesa will also be doing a full week of giveaways leading up to Club Cinco (follow them on instagram for updates), and the entire property will be full of promotions, specials and giveaways on Sunday the 5th. In addition to great Mexican-inspired eats and signature drinks, more activities include a 360 camera photo booth, a Hornitos Tequila free giveaway from 1-5 pm (while supplies last), a free Espolon Tequila giveaway from 4-6 pm (again, while supplies last), and tons of dancing on the rooftop.

Red Mesa has one of St. Pete’s best event venues

While Red Mesa Cantina is most celebrated for its fantastic food and truly gigantic tequila library (it’s one of the biggest in the Southeastern United States!), perhaps one of its greatest assets flies a bit more under the radar. The third floor event space, run by Red Mesa Events, is one of the most stunning and adaptable event spaces in the city, showcasing a gleaming bar and ballroom overlooking downtown St. Pete.

Quite conveniently, the space is hosting a Red Mesa Events Open House on Wednesday, May 22 at 5 pm to give interested event hosts an intimate and extensive look at both of its highly sought-after spaces. As part of the open house, guests will be able to meet and chat with preferred vendors for Red Mesa Events, tour the entirety of the spaces, meet the venue staff, sample some of their most highly-rated menu items, and even get access to exclusive offers.

Plus, you’ll get a free cocktail from the excellent mixology staff. Tickets for the open house are $15, which are inclusive of all of the above, including the welcome drink and free sampling dinner. Attendees will also get a raffle ticket for a chance to win $500 off a Red Mesa Event Space rental.
